Matthew Matt James was born in North Carolina on December 5 1991. Parents are Manny James, and Patty James. The mother of Manny James was caucasian while his father was Nigerian. In 2010, he graduated from Sanderson High School and furthered to Wake Forest University where he received a Bachelor's degree from Economics in 2015. James became famous after he became a Reality star in The Bachelorette. The Bachelor season 25 premiered in 2021. The next Bachelor was James who was the only African American to play the leading part. James is the perfect candidate for the job, because he's well-rounded tall, large and has great humor. Rachael Krakconnell was the one he had chosen as his girlfriend throughout the season. James teamed up with well-known professional dancer Arnold in 2021 and competed in season 30 of Dancing with the Stars. James and Arnold were 12th in the competition.
