She also she adopted the stage name Bea in tribute. Bea's mother Helen was also an instructor for jockeys and a former professional jockey was responsible for taking care of her and Sinead. Their family was fascinated by horses and race meetings. Bea was a child an instructor for the Irish National Stud. From a very young age, Bea knew that she was not interested in the racing industry. She was more interested in the artistic arts.
